Churches in Guangxi and Sichuan Province came to visit leprosy survivors and retired pastors.

Simon Church in Hepu, Guangxi Province, the home of Christians suffering from the Hansen’s disease in Beihai, was visited on February 16 by the elders and pastors from Beihai church, who brought milk, egg yolk pie, and noodles donated by believers, Beihai Church said.

Before and after the Spring Festival in 2022, Sichuan Christian Council & Three-Self Patriotic Movement (CC&TSPM) paid visits to retired church leaders, grass-roots pastoral staff, sick church staff, and their family members, distributing more than 20,000 yuan worth of funds, CCC&TSPM reported.

The team also went to some rural meeting points to guide the working arrangements on holiday, the work of pandemic prevention and control, fire safety, and food safety.
