Churches in China's southwestern Sichuan Province and eastern-coastal Jiangsu Province announced the resumptions of their on-site gatherings.

Chengdu Guangyin Church in Sichuan Province on May 10  issued a notice, saying it would resume face-to-face meetings from that day forward. Churchgoers are required to reserve seats by phone or on the church's official WeChat account in advance.

The church also reminded believers coming from (or passing through) medium- or high-risk areas in the past 21 days to attend virtual services at home instead of coming to in-person gatherings.

On the same day, City One Church, and Jinsha Church in Nantong, Jiangsu, issued notices one after another that they would restart Sunday worship services and weekday gatherings starting from this week. The Sunday services on May 15 in both churches would also include communion services.
