Xi’an Tumen Church Baptizes More Than 30 Believers

More than 30 seekers in Shaanxi Province were baptized into Christ on the first Sunday of the summer vacation.

Founded in 1985, Tumen Church in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, held a communion service and baptism service on the Sunday of July 3, 2022.

Following the COVID-19 protocols, the believers of Tumen church were seated under the guidance of staff members.

Based on Colossians 2:12-14, Pastor Liang Junfeng gave a sermon with the title of "Die and Rise with the Lord", sharing three parts: the meaning of baptism, the proof of forgiveness of sins, and eternal life.

After the sermon, the congregation received communion accompanied by church music and hymns.

After the service, Elder Shi Sufang baptized more than 30 seekers, including some in wheelchairs.
