A centennial church in China’s southeastern coastal Guangdong province held a sacred music worship service to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival.

Shamian Church which is subordinated to Guangdong CC&TSPM held a special service with the themes of harmony, reunion, gratitude, and praise on the Mid-Autumn Festival which falls on September 10, according to CCC&TSPM.

The worship commenced with the hymn "The Lord in His Holy Temple". Then the song, "Lord, Have Mercy" about the proclamation of forgiveness, convinced the audience their sins had been forgiven and that they had been renewed by the Holy Spirit.

Rev. Cai Jianwei of Guangdong Union Theological Seminary delivered a sermon about "Harmonious Family With People Reunited", which was followed by the Holy Light Choir’s hymn "Family Harmony" in response to the sermon. Immersed in the sacred music "Love Our Home", the audience felt the beauty of reunion.
