As a woman, life is hard. We can be pressured by society and try our best just to be accepted in the society. Our obsession to our physical appearance and everyday struggles are just too much to bear. Even though, God is still there for us to run to and guide us.
Now ladies, put your smartphone down and read your Bible.
1. Proverbs 31: 20-21
"She opens her mouth with wisdom and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue."
It is better if we speak so easily about good words and be kind. Remember to not speak if it will only cause chaos.
2. Proverbs 31:30
"Charm is deceitful and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised."
Beauty is passing. But a woman who is kind and good inside will be more beautiful as it won't go away and pass easily.
3. 1 Timothy 2:9
"Likewise also that women should adorn themselves in respectable apparel, with modesty and self-control.."
God does not mean that we have to cloth everything in our body and cover it but He said we need to be modest as consider our body as God's temple.
4. Proverbs 31:25
"Strength and dignity are her clothing and she laughs at the time to come."
God is with you girl, so why are you afraid? Be confident and know God is with you every time.
5. Philippians 4:6-7
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus."
In whatever you do, PRAY! Always acknowledge God. Say everything as if you are talking to your best friend.
