Christian actress Vivian Chow, a famous Hong Kong artist, shared her gospel song on a Chinese social platform before Easter.
“It’s time for Good Friday and Easter again; what have you gone through this year?” Vivian said on China's Twitter-like Weibo on April 7.
She shared, “When reading the Psalms in the Bible, I found that when facing difficulties and suffering, many poets did not complain but wrote poems to praise the Lord. They relied on the power of the Father, received peace, and walked on with a patient heart, so their words are indeed powerful and can encourage many people who are in trouble.”
Vivian loves Psalm 23 very much and wrote a melody for it last year. It only took her a few days from composing the music to releasing the film, and it was released just in time for Good Friday last year.
By sharing this song, Vivian hopes that we can encourage each other and praise our Lord with everyone.
Many people listened to the song and said it was very melodious and healing. They commented under Vivian’s post:
The song is full of healing, leading, and hope. It‘s so harmonious for Vivian’s warm voice to sing such a narrative song.
Listening to this song, my heart is peaceful. I felt all my worries had gone!
A healthy spirit is the best medicine!
