If your life is full of pressure, stress, pain, illness and disappointment. It is not impossible that you feel down and that these things weigh you down.

This is human's weakness. Our human flesh and us being humans, is our own enemy when it comes to praying. But praise God, He knows we are week and that we need His guidance and power to pray.
