Mental disorders can affect both men and women differently.
Mental disorders can be treated if we seek help to our family and visit our doctor. But, you can also ask God for guidance to help you out regarding your situation.
Here are some of the Bible verses regarding mental health.
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
We may feel like all the worries and negativities in the world are already on us but turn to God and let Him heal you.
1 Peter 5:7
"Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."
If you think no one cares for you, think again as God is always there for you.
2 Timothy 1:7
"For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control."
There are things that God gives us. Use these to live your life pleasing Him.
"I can do all things through him who strengthens me."
You can do what you want to achieve, be patient and ask for God's blessings and strength.
"Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble."
You are enough. You are loved. Do not worry about anything and let God arrange everything for you.
"Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
"Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
