Hangzhou Church-run Hospital Offers Free Medical Clinic

On May 19, 2019, Hangzhou Agape Rehabilitation Hospital offered a free medical clinic for about 500 believers in the local megachurch.
The activity was a response to Hangzhou Christian "Charity Day" and "Charity Sunday" campaign launched by the Hangzhou Christian Council.
In addition to providing diagnosis and measurement services, doctors answered questions raised by those who came to the underground multipurpose room of Chongyi Church.
Established in 2011, the hospital sits inside Hangzhou Christian Nursing Home which serves over 300 residents. It claims to be the first Christian hospital opened up after the reform began. With a floor space of 1,200 square meters, the hospital has inpatient and outpatient departments with more than 20 beds.
