On August 1, 2019, Jinan Faith, Hope & Love Service Center was reopened after being relocated, according to the Shandong Christian Council & Three-Self Patriotic Movement (CC&TSPM).

Founded in October 2007, the center is the first non-profit organization in Shandong that provides services to juveniles and adults suffering from mental disorders, including autism. As of August 2016, it has served more than 200 people with autism and other intellectual disabilities.

Zhang Quan, chairman of the board, said for the past 13 years, the organization has received care and support from many friendly organizations and volunteers.
