On August 3, 2019, the Lengshuitan Christian volunteer team of Yongzhou, Hunan, paid a visit to the Xing'an Rehabilitation Center for People with Disabilities.

According to the Hunan Disabled Persons' Federation, the rehab center is the first supportive employment agency that provides care, trusteeship, rehab, and skill training services to handicapped people in Yongzhou. As of February 27, 2019, 100 residents lived in the place which covers 4,000 square meters (0.98 acres) with a floor space of 10,000 square meters (2.4 acres). 120 people enjoyed home-based foster care. A total of 66 were engaged in jobs like making cloth flowers and plastic flowers.

According to the local Lengshuitan Church, the volunteers distributed gifts including drinks and snacks to the residents. Then they organized the residents to sing songs and some of the disabled put on performances. All along, the volunteers also had heart-to-heart talks with the disabled.
