China now has about 688 million netizens, which has rised by 6.1% compared to 2014, according to data from China Internet Network Information Center(CNNIC).

The new data for 2015 from the state's CNNIC  shows that's not the only major milestone. For the first time ever, China has more than half of its population online - 50.3 percent of them. Mobile web access accounted for a record high proportion of total netizens. The country's 620 million mobile internet users in 2015 mean that 90.1 percent of all web users access it from their phones (when they're not logging on from other devices like laptops and desktops).

As the production of technology, Internet is a symbol of information era. One of the greatest advantages Internet brings is to help evangelism.

Internet evangelism can reach more people with faster speed, compared to traditional evangelism. In the past missionaries evangelized in a specific religion and continued from here to there, while nowadays the gospel can be preached everywhere as long as there is Internet.

Moreover, Internet evangelists needn't care the weather or the temperature, even Christians who are inconvenient to move or in poor health can preach at home. No one will recognize who you are and if you fail, insults or persecution won't reach you in person.

Of course, searching the Internet has pros and cons. Besides good things, the Internet is occupied with various porn and violent information. If they can't be replaced with positive stuff, the Web may be made use of by Satan, turning to be a hunting ground of controlling human.

Here is a note for online evangelism. It is best to use real information to preach the gospel for falsity exists on the Web. If Christians use false information to evangelize then the evangelists or the gospel will be suspected by others.
