On Aug 1, 2018, little Jinju passed away in a sudden in northern Shaanxi, her hometown, after having struggled with congenital blood disease for 2 years and 9 months. After her birth, she was diagnosed with congenital neutrophil deficiency. Her fight against disease during her whole life has been lasting for almost 3 years.

Her mother, Yan Guihua, was accompanying Mu-Yan Lin on her bone marrow transplantation when bearing little Jinju. Guihua was always around when Lin was running through varied checkups, some of which are radioactive. Guihua was so worried that the radiation and injection might have side effects to Jinju and Jinju would have the same diseases as her sister does, that she wanted to have an abortion.

Yan Guihua talked with a Christian in Beijing about abortion. The Christian persuaded her not to do so with religious reasons. The hospital rejected her for the abortion is very dangerous since the baby is old enough. She finally found a small clinic that would help her to abort the child.

Yan's belief in God had something do with illnesses of her children. In 2014, Yan sold insoles on a footbridge near the Children's Hospital. A member of Happy Candle Light Fellowship of Chongwenmen Church in Beijing, which aims to help severe patients, met her there and talked with her about the fellowship. The fellowship kept helping Yan getting through the process of curing her two daughters. They prayed for her, went to the hospital and home to visit the family, donated for the sisters. "This is my home," said Yan when mentioning the Happy Candle light.

Yan said that she had visited a Christian couple and orphans they adapted. They are abandoned by their parents and have varied kinds of diseases. One of them had his face burnt. "God cured the children and gave them a family," said Yan. Her faith in God grew and had courage to fight against diseases with her daughters after her visit to the orphans.

To cover the nearly 400,000 yuan for curing elder sister, the family had to drained all their savings and got into debt. Yan Guihua can do nothing but pray while facing high medical expenditure. With the help of two foundations and ward mates, they collected enough money for the surgery.

Lin was infected during the transplantation, after which severe rejection occurred in her skin and lungs. But she got over it finally.

On Jinju's second birthday, Lin brought good news to the family. Her lung function recovered, teeth grew and she gained weight. Her condition was getting better steadily and she did not need infusion needles anymore. But no one ever expected that little Jinju passed away in a sudden because of lung infection.

But Jinju has gained a lot of love and grace in her short life. Her difficult family had spent 700-800 thousand yuan on curing her disease. Their insistence helped them getting through desperate situations. Many charitable organizations raised money for her. Many church members prayed for her, visited her and donated money.

Yan posted lots of pictures of little Jinju on WeChat, a social media Apps, during these two days. It seems that she still cannot accept the fact that Jinju has gone.

Apr 29, 2018, Jinju and her sister was baptized in the church. Some members, reassuring Yan, said that Jinju was back to God and would never suffer any pain. "Pray that she is now in the arms of God with no disease and pain."
