Gov't Work Report on Religion: Systematically Promoting Sinicization of Christianity, Strengthening Rule of Law in Religious Affairs Governance

The government work report said that China should systematically promote the sinicization of religion and strengthen the rule of law in religious affairs governance this year. 

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang delivered a government work report on March 5 at the opening of the third session of the 14th National People's Congress's annual meeting. 

According to the report, Premier Li said, "We should adhere to the Party's basic policy on religious affairs, systematically promote the sinicization of Christianity, and strengthen the rule of law in religious affairs governance."
