On June 13, Tongzhou Church in Beijing conducted a training session for key pastoral volunteers from its affiliated meeting points across Tongzhou District. The session aimed to strengthen volunteers' service and management capabilities while promoting the standardized operation of religious activity venues.

On the morning of last Friday, Senior Pastor Rev. Fan Guoxing systematically explored the improvement of the church's structure and pastoral care under the topic "Church Management and Pastoral Care." Following this, combining real-life cases, Rev. Wei Jia elaborated on the key points in the enforcement of the "Administrative Measures for Religious Activity Venues."

In the afternoon, Minister Wang Fang delivered a lecture titled "The History and Image of Church Music," outlining the cultural development of religious music. Brother Guo Shuangjiang followed with a fire safety training session, focusing on risk identification and emergency response.

Tongzhou Church in Beijing was established in 1979 as a house fellowship. With the support of Chongwenmen Church, it gradually developed into an organized congregation. Since relocating to a permanent site in 1997, the church has experienced steady growth in both membership and ministry. In 2024, eight affiliated gathering sites were officially recognized as "temporary religious activity venues."
