Hong Kong's St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church To Hold Memorial Mass for TV Star Yammie Lam

On November 5, 2018, Hong Kong's St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church announced it would hold a memorial mass for the late, sister Yammie Lam Kit-ying on Friday.
According to the South China Morning Post, Lam, a former TVB actress known for her beauty and fame, was found dead at her home on Nov. 3.
Hong Kong media reported that the 55-year-old celebrity was baptized in St. Anne's Church in Stanley on March 30, 2013. Her baptismal name was Maria.
In an interview with the Oriental Daily News, her friend Meg Lam said that she had contacted her sister, Lam Kit-hing. She added, "Hing has decided not to handle her younger sister's funeral, but handed it over to the church because it would provide a memorial tablet after the cremation."
