Chongqing Ranked as China’s Most Congested City, Big Data Analysis shows

The Capital city of China, Beijing, is well know for its notorious traffic jam during rush hours. While latest report states that it is Chongqing, not Beijing, is the congested city in China.
Located in western China, Chongqing is one of the four municipalities. 

The newly discovery is covered in the first ever China Urban Smart Transportation Report, conducted by China’s biggest car-hailing app, using its Internet-based big data analysis, released on January 20th. Chongqing was ranked as China’s most congested city. The others are Qingdao and Guangzhou. While Beijing only comes in the forth place, and shanghai ranked the eighth.

China has become the world’s top automobile market in 2009, overtaken the United States, retaining its position as the World’s largest diver in car production and sales, producing and selling more than 24.5 million vehicles respectively in 2015 .

According to the report, poor and inefficient road transportation is a major cause to smog that affects people’s health and hurting social vitality.

Didi Kuaidi is a company made up of China’s two largest taxi-hailing firms. Now valued at $16 billion, Didi Kuaidi is Uber’s most formidable global rival. It claims that in January 2016 Didi Kuaidi completed 1.43 billion rides across its seven business (taxi-hailing, premium car services, and carpooling among others) over the course of last year.

1.Coca Cola China is the most diligent company in China with knock off times arriving at 8:44 p.m.
2. The most hard-working people are from tech companies.
3. People in Beijing arrive at work at 9:00 a.m. and 60% of them get off work after 7:00 p.m.
4. A Didi user once spent RMB 2135 (USD 324) on a single order.
5. During rush hour, the average hourly speed nationwide is only 20km/h.
