A delegation of New York Theological Education Center (NYTEC) pays a visit to Shandong from Feb 11 to 14, 2017. The visitors consisting of seven people visits Shandong CCC & TSPM, Shandong Theological College and three local churches in Ji'nan, Ji-ning and Tai-an.
Rev. Gao Ming, president and chairman of the provincial CCC & TSPM, introduces the achievements of the church in Shandong in the fields including pastoral training, theological education, publication and distribution and social service as well as the plan for 2017. Shandong CCC & TSPM focuses on theological education in this new year, planning to build a training center for the local churches, another to provide social service training and a new campus of the province-level seminary.
According to its official website, NYTEC is committed to offering systematic theological education to Chinese individuals all over the world. Established in 1992, the non-denominational institute launches focal activities such as study tours of the Holy Land, the correspondence courses, publications and seminars in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mainland China and North America.
