On September 5, the Media Ministry Committee of CCC&TSPM convened an exchange and training session in Kunming, Yunnan. More than 40 representatives responsible for the media ministry from provincial, municipal, and regional CC&TSPMs participated.

According to CCC&TSPM, the program consisted of both training and exchange. In the morning, Rev. Geng Weizhong, vice president of CCC, delivered a lecture titled "Reflections on the Key Media Ministries of CCC&TSPM in 2025." He reviewed the current opportunities and challenges in media ministry, providing strategic insights on future goals, planning, and content innovation. Rev. Hao Zhiqiang, Editor-in-Chief of Tianfeng, or Heavenly Wind (the flagship magazine of CCC&TSPM), discussed media convergence, exploring the use of new technologies, expanded communication channels, and enriched forms of expression to enhance the impact of Christian media.

The afternoon session, presided over by Rev. Chen Xiaoyong, assistant editor-in-chief of Tianfeng, featured case-sharing by representatives from the CC&TSPMs of Beijing, Shaanxi, Hubei, Hangzhou (Zhejiang Province), and Jiangning District in Nanjing (Jiangsu Province). They presented experiences and practices in platform development, content production, talent training, and media integration, drawing on local realities.

Under the leadership of Rev. Geng Weizhong, the Media Ministry Department of CCC&TSPM oversees the editing, publishing, and distribution of Tianfeng, Bible hymnals, and other books and audiovisual resources. It also provides guidance for publication and distribution efforts across the country. Through the official website of CCC&TSPM and other publications, the department actively promotes Three-Self education, theological reflection, and the Sinicization of Christianity, working to nurture believers through media and to strengthen church communication and development.
