Sichuan Yi Church Cares about Sanitation Workers on May Labor Day

On May 1, 2018, the Huili County TSPM of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan, distributed goods to 249 local sanitation workers.
It was the first time for many of the workers to come to Gospel Church. Each of them received a towel, a toilet soap, and a bottle of water.
Curate Bai Jiahua, general secretary of the county TSPM, presided over the activity. He stated that the church offered assistance to disadvantaged groups for years. Rev. Bai Yingliang, director of the local TSPM, expressed gratitude to the workers on behalf of 15,000 Christians in Huili County.
The event got positive comments and affirmation from the local authority.
