According to Quan'agang District Christian Council & Three-self Patriotic Movement (CC&TSPM), The study started with an opening ceremony where Rev. Pastor Chen Liping from the local Tuling Church led the participants to study the ministry experiences of Moses, Aaron , and Miriam.
Based on Chen's ten-year service in her church, she shared examples in her sermons of successful pastoring and management in Ningbo's Chengguan Church in Xiangshan Town, and Quanzhou's Tuzhai Church in Huian Town.
Throughout the study, the pastor encouraged the coworkers to take lessons from the successes and failures of the three Bible figures.
