Lingering Before the Sacred Hall: The Growing Distance Between Young People and the Church?

On Sunday morning, the sun shines through the curtains on the bed, and the screen of the phone is constantly presenting social media notifications. For many young people, this is a normal weekend. They can choose to sleep in, watch videos, meet friends, or participate in an online game. For the church, however, it is a quiet morning. There are now only a few people on the once-crowded benches. What is driving young people away from the church?

Rejuvenated Senior Choir: A Foundation and Blessing for the Church

There is a special choir in Church H. Most of its members are over 60 years old, and some of them are even 80 years old. Many of them can not read, understand melody, or even read staff. However, in every gathering, they use the most simple hymns and rhythms to convey the love and persistence of faith. This choir, known as the Third Choir, is not only an important part of the worship of Church H, but also the backbone of the church's pastoral ministry.
