From September 17 to 18, a delegation from Chongyi Church in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, visited Ningbo International Church for exchange activities.

According to the host church, the program, featuring site visits and seminars, enhanced communication between the church staff of two churches, explored new avenues for ministry cooperation, and jointly advanced the healthy development of the church in the new era.

On the morning of September 17, accompanied by Rev. Xu Lei, the delegation toured Ningbo International Church, gaining insight into the architectural features of its various chapels. That afternoon, they visited Dongqian Lake Xiashui Church, where Elder Zhong gave a detailed account of the histories of both Xiashui Church and Yinzhou Church.

At a seminar held on September 18, Rev. Zhang Zhongcheng delivered a lecture titled "How to Manage a Large Urban Church," drawing on the example of Chongyi Church. From perspectives including the church's current situation, pastoral management, healthy succession, and ministry activities, he discussed how large urban churches can establish themselves and thrive in today's context.

The Chongyi Church team also shared their experiences in administrative management and distinctive ministries, illustrating how efficient management and innovative ministry models can foster the healthy and sustainable growth of the church. Both sides exchanged insights on optimizing church governance and enhancing ministry effectiveness.

In addition, the two parties held in-depth discussions on the crucial issue of youth ministry. Amid today's social environment, how to attract, pastor, and nurture the younger generation remains a shared concern for churches. Participants exchanged experiences and reflections, jointly seeking approaches to youth pastoral care that better meet the needs of the times.

Those in attendance expressed their gratitude for the exchange. One participant remarked, "This in-depth and inspiring dialogue with co-workers from Chongyi Church has been both enriching and moving. It was not only a learning experience but also a life-shaping one." Another added, "We have witnessed God's marvelous work in the church, as well as the valuable efforts of today's churches to strike a balance between organizational structure, professionalism, and spiritual vitality."
