On September 21, Shengping Church in Foshan, Guangdong Province, in cooperation with local authorities, the community, and Guangdong Union Church of Guangdong Union Theological Seminary, organized a public welfare event offering free medical consultations and legal education.
According to Guangdong CC&TSPM, the event featured four service areas: publicity on ethnic and religious policies and regulations, anti-cult awareness, free medical clinics, psychological counseling, and legal consultations. A team of professional doctors provided services such as pulse diagnosis and acupuncture, while psychological counselors conducted one-on-one sessions. Legal experts offered guidance on rights protection under national laws, and anti-cult volunteers shared real-life case studies to strengthen public awareness.
