In early October, some hundred Chinese Christians joined in a virtual Feast of Tabernacles held by the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem in Jerusalem, Israel.

Beginning on Oct 2, the seven-day Global Feast of Tabernacles 2020 featured “Prepare the Way,” including live worship services, more than 80 seminars and virtual tours of sites in the holy land. The conference attracted more than 7,200 people worldwide, according to the event’s official website

An opening meeting took place at the Jordan River where John the Baptist started his ministry.

On Oct 3, the procession of nations took place at the Southern Steps of the Temple Mount. Meetings on the remaining days were held at Sukkah TBN Studios in Jerusalem, focusing on topics such as “Highway to Jerusalem” and “Isaiah 19 Highway.”

According to its official website, the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem was established in 1980 in recognition of the biblical significance of all of Jerusalem and its unique connection with the Jewish people. It recognizes in the restoration of the State of Israel God's faithfulness to keep His ancient covenant with the Jewish people. The organization launched the annual Feast of Tabernacles gathering in Jerusalem in the 1980s.
