Leading a youth fellowship, Kang helps Christians facing challenges in their professional lives, drawing upon the wisdom he gained from the workplace. When asked about what Christians in the workplace need most, Kang responded without hesitation, “They need to learn how to testify to the gospel.”

Guangxiao Church and Zion Church, two of Guangzhou’s leading and historical churches, are pioneering youth-focused outreach efforts to counter the decline in youth attendance.

Theological education is essential, as it directly relates to the cultivation of church talent. The theological talents nurtured by the Chinese church not only needs to have a solid foundation in theology, but must also be able to integrate with China's social and cultural realities, in order to shepherd the Lord's flock on Chinese soil.

"You can feel whether a church is healthy or not if you stay there," said Pastor Wang of a church in City A. "You can get a feeling of happiness here in my church, as it is a place where you can settle down and enjoy being here to worship with communion with each other."

Bible schools and seminaries across China have recently started their new academic semester, welcoming new and returning students. Leaders and pastors encouraged students to pursue both academic excellence and spiritual growth.
