David Plymire is the son of the famous missionary Victor Plymire . David has donated medical equipment which is worth more than 6 million yuan to hospitals in Huangyuan County since 1989.

David's father, Pastor Victor Plymirei, was the founder of HuangYuan Gospel Church. David came to Huangyuan at the age of 1 with his father. He lived in HuangYuan until 18 years old so he takes Huangyuan as his hometown.
After leaving Huangyuan, David used to serve God in a village church of the United States. Then he taught in Taiwan Bible School for 26 years. Next he stayed in Hong Kong Christian Radio Station for 9 years . In 1987, he returned to Huangyuan, a place always in his mind.
