A church in Shanghai provided free living supplies for the elderly under lockdown.
To help elderly people solve the problem of buying supplies, the staff of Jinshan District CC&TSPM and members of Tianming Church in Fengjing Town sent vegetables and eggs for free to the seniors in Youhao Community and Xinchunyuan Community, the district CC&TSPM said.
After they packaged the supplies, the elderly who received the supplies thanked them, saying, "We elderly people don't know how to use mobile phones to buy supplies at home, but we are grateful to the party and the government for their help with our living supplies. Today you have especially delivered supplies to our door, which is so heartwarming."
