On the evening of December 25, the Yuyao City Christian Church hosted a youth Christmas worship event called "Love Is in the City."
The worship was scheduled to begin at 7:30 pm. Before that, attendees could head over to the Christmas Carnival, which began at 6:20 pm. Upon arrival, participants were required to register at the front desk and collect their admission tickets. They were then able to engage in various activities at the game booths to prepare themselves for the worship service. There were six booths in total, including a photo and stamping booth for check-ins, a snowball throwing booth, as well as booths named "Jingle Bells," "Christmas Boots," "Fishing for Apples," and "Christmas Mystery."
Following the gaming session, the Christmas worship finally began. Led by the worship leader, attendees sang five hymns: “Let’s Proclaim,” “It's All for Love,” “Hosanna,” “We Worship You, Oh Jesus,” and “All the Glory to the Most High.” Many of the participants gathered at the front of the stage and raised their hands in worship, celebrating the amazing news that Jesus Christ brought to the world.
During the gathering, Pastor Wei delivered a message centered around the theme "Love Is in the City." She spoke about the significance of Christmas as a celebration of the birth of Jesus, while also emphasizing the profound message of love that His birth represents.
The youth dance group performed a dance titled "Love Never Dies," which captured the theme of the night.
