Local Christians in Ejin Banner, Alxa League, Inner Mongolia dedicated a new church with about 180 preachers and believers from other areas and at home in attendance on August 30, 2016.

The provincial CCC&TSPM said that the church covers 900 square meters, with a 180-square-meter holy temple and a 200-square-meter outbuilding.

A local pastor gave a sermon to remind the believers to value salvation and testimonies and to lead more people to God. 18 pastors and elders blessed the church and asked God to add to the number daily those who will be being saved.

Ejin Banner is famous for being one of the largest banners in China and a forest of the diversiform-leaved Poplar. The Gospel entered into the region in 1986 when two or three believers doing business from Henan and Hebei Province gathered, prayed and read the Bible.

Later, the believers grew and a gathering site was founded and registered in 2006. Currently, the church has more than 40 believers.
