Zhejiang Theological Seminary held its 2021 graduation service and ceremony in its auditorium on June 28.

The ceremony began with the solemn raising of the national flag and the singing of the national anthem, according to CCC&TSPM.

During the graduation service, Rev. Chen Xiaolang, deputy president of the seminary, delivered a sermon titled Being an Instrument for Noble Purposes, citing 2 Timothy 2: 20-21. He urged students to be holy, useful to the master, and ready to do any good work.

The third-year undergraduates sang "The Essence of Love" to express their blessings to all graduating students, while each graduating class respectively sang "Mission", "Learn to Be a Shepherd" and other hymns to express their firm faith and dedication to God.

Rev. Pan Xingwang, president of the seminary, presented the diplomas and honorary alumni award. In a speech, he said there was no actual “graduation” for the people who serve the Lord. He welcomed the prospective graduates to serve Zhejiang churches, hoping they could manage the church and nourish believers in accordance with God’s will.

This year 2021, the seminary has 58 graduates, including 20 postgraduates in pastoral class, 19 undergraduates in theology, and 19 junior college graduates majoring in Biblical studies.
