Despite her popularity, Chinese Christian singer Gloria Tang Tsz-kei or famously known as G.E.M. prefers to keep her personal life away from the public.

The Shanghai-born singer G.E.M. was continuously asked about her love life. When asked about who is the king of her heart now, the 25-year-old pop singer is coy about dishing the details.

"I'm not married, I won't reveal it till the day I tie the knot. When it comes to music, I can talk about anything. But I hope to keep my love life as low-key as possible," she said as cited by Straits Times.

G.E.M., who is currently on her tour for "Queen of Hearts", discussed her documentary film in an interview.

"I feel like I've been preparing for this documentary from the moment I was born. My parents would film me as a record of my growing years," she said.

She said that the film also chronicles about the lows of her nine years of singing career.

"It is not about me being brave. If a singer-songwriter can't be honest and share her experience, where is the value of her music? Why should people listen to my music?" she said.

In the teaser of the documentary film, she discussed the backlash after "I Am A Singer" in 2015 and even wondered if she deserved the hostility threw at her.

"I was really upset, to the point where I was about to lose it. I let myself wallow in my pain. Telling yourself to snap out of it would only add more pressure. Bad feelings are like passing rain," she said about the past incident.

Meanwhile, G.E.M. will be staging "Queen of Hearts" in Singapore on August 12 and 13.
