People who publish "false testimonies" have one of two aims: to preach the gospel or deceive other people.
Out of their supernatural experience and utilitarian philosophy in faith, those who hear this kind of testimony believe the information without identifying its authenticity. They then become promoters of "false testimonies."
If Christians believe all that they hear and fail to determine true testimonies from false ones, it will cause great harm to church ministries and believers' spiritual growth. When you read information on the Internet, don't believe it immediately. Calm down first and think about its reliability. Christians need to acquire theological knowledge so that they can wear the full armor of God to handle false information. Moreover, they should learn more scientific and cultural common knowledge to discern false testimonies.
Above all, Christians should take things with a grain of salt. Take advantage of logic from the Lord and be conquerors on the Internet. May believers "all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming." (Ephesians 4:13-14)
