On Saturday, Christian singer Tsai Chin will hold her "Concert to Witness the Gospel" at GoodTV, a Christian TV channel based in Neihu District, Taipei. The station said that the singer would be "singing" her faith with several songs she had made famous throughout her 35-year old career and reinterpret classical songs with a new twist.
However, she will be performing the original tracks from her album "Hallelujah" which was released on February 25, 2016. The album has six tracks, including the hymn "Song of Pastor" as seen in the advertising video for the show, December 22, Precious Lord Take my Hand, Tuan Yuan and Psalms 23.
The singer has remained firm and strong thanks to her faith, allowing her to face life's ups and downs.
After baptized in 2003, she once confessed that in the past she sang songs for herself, but she came to realize that singing doesn't glorify herself but it is a reward given by God.
