With our modern world, people can hookup as easy as swiping through a smartphone. However, sometimes some people find themselves wanting a real relationship from person they thought would just be their one-night stand man/woman.
While we highly discourage you to go out and seek one-night stands in the hope to find a true relationship, relationship and love expert Helen Fisher does give hope to those looking for more relationship grow aside from the casual hookup.
Moreover, a study by anthropologists Justin Garcia and Chris Reiber also come up with a result saying that people who said they had hooked up before has done that with the intention of finding and creating a true love.
They also concluded that half of those people who has one night stands had the intention to turn the casual hookup to a real romantic relationship and does not really matter if it is a man or a woman initiates it.
However, despite what others are doing right now, even if we say it is just usual and common nowadays, we have to take note that sex should be kept holy as per Bible. Sex should be just only for two people united by Christ, the wife and the husband (1 Corinthians 7:3-5).
