China Collects Comments for Draft Law on Managing Religious Activities of Foreigners in China

The State Administration for Religious Affairs started to collect comments for a draft of policies for the management of the religious activities of foreigners in China.

On November 18, the Bureau said that it is seeking opinions for the implementation of policies for the management of the religious activities of foreigners within the People's Republic of China. This will be done in accordance with the Provisions on the Administration of Religious Activities of Aliens within the Territory of the People's Republic of China, guidelines that were issued in 1994. 

Comments can be submitted online at the website of the Ministry of Justice of China or letters can be sent to the ministry until December 17.
