On Dec. 20, Bethel Church held its thanksgiving worship of dedication for 10th anniversary in Haerbin. Choirs from nine churches, 45 pastoral members and over 3000 believers attended "the Road of Grace" worship.
Xinyang Lu Church, the former of Bethel Church, built in 1920, was a dangerous building for under not being repaired for years. To improve the gathering conditions and build a church which provides modern service conditions, the believers prayed 40 days and nights continuously. In 2005, the church bought an unused building and believers built it into a church with modern feature with their own hands although there were no enough fund, goods nor professional construction team.
Currently Bethel Church has eight subordinate chapels, 11 parishes, 47 legal gathering places, more than 17000 believers, 45 pastoral staff, 11 choirs and 25 fellowship teams. Rev. Ju Qiangjie leads the pastoral team and emphasizes on enhancing the believers' spiritual lives through fellowship life.
