Self-accusation is a form of self-denial, which is driven by the thinking models Satan provides that thus cause the continuous self-accusation and bitterness in us.

Recently a female pastor with rich church pastoral experience shares that Christians should value their identity. Being a humble man doesn't mean looking down upon yourself.

Some Christians fear of building relationships with other and even don't want to confide in others, doubting that how others can love them when they don't love themselves.

She tells CCD that a brother daren't get married with thought that his spouse won't love him who hates himself.

However, most Christians are stuck in this "self-accusation": "Even though knowing that God loves me, I can't love myself.""I am scared when others treat me well. I'm unworthy being treated like so in my opinion."

"I hope to hide myself from the crowd. How should I love? How should I view myself loved by God?"

The pastor says that there's a culture of self-accusation among Chinese and many sisters regard themselves as inferior to others with a lack of confidence.

She confesses, "once a man invited me to be a host in church activities, but I replied with denial because first of all, I'm a sister; secondly, I'm so old; thirdly, I can't do it. So the inviter had been waiting for me for years until I felt embarrassed. Then I realized that I despise myself in my heart for often holding the view that some things should be done by brothers."

A strong sense of self-accusation exists in Chinese culture. She encourages every Christian not to scorn or belittle themselves."We are the children of God. Value your identity and position."

She says spending time and energies on unnecessary things is sin when we trample or even humiliate ourselves.

Our time is precious and so does the sequence of arranging time. We should spend time on more important things rather than things with a value of one talent with five talents.
