On the evening of Oct 5, Shangyu Xietang Church in Zhejiang hosted a musical Evangelical Service named "Blessed Life." The symphony orchestra, choir, and band from Wenzhou Liushi Church were invited to perform at the service and dozens of congregants converted that night.
The service began with the teaching of the hymn "Happiness." The symphony orchestra and choir performed several songs including Handel's "Messiah". Pastor Zheng Nada preached a sermon from Numbers 4:24-25 called "Blessed Life" to show the congregation that blessings are from the Triune God who created the heaven and earth and who also gives everything life, cares for the need of the created, and supplies all by Himself. He is the master of all and He is also involved in the history of human beings to bring true peace and heavenly joy to the world.
After the sermon, the band performed through modern hymns to respond God's love and several dozens converted.
