Recently Holy Grace Church or Sheng'en Church of Xialu District, Huangshi, Hubei, held a thanksgiving praise meeting to celebrate its 10th founding anniversary with around 500 people in attendance.
The ceremony was presided by Rev. Ren Xiaojian, the senior pastor and also associate president of Huangshi CCC. Rev. Ding Ailin, general secretary of Huangshi CCC & TSPM, lead the prayer. Meanwhile, seven church co-workers were ordained deacons and preachers, who were also appointed.
Built in 2007, the church covers an area of 2000 m2 with a construction area of over 1000 m2. It stands beside the largest community in the district.
Owing more than 400 believers, the church has an administrative board that has three ministries on church affairs, administration, and services. The ministries include three choirs respectively for the young, middle-aged and aged, Sunday school, fellowships, teams on Bible study, mission, marriage and funeral and rear service, etc.
