Andrew Palau, son of the renowned evangelist Luis Palau, visited China with other members of the Luis Palau Association on Dec 4, 2017.
Jiang Jianyong, deputy director of the State Administration for Religious Affairs (SARA), shared the outcome of the national conference on religion held in April 2016 and revised regulations on religious affairs that would come into force next February with the delegation, according to SARA.
The official stated that China's Religious Affairs Bureau encouraged and supported the exchanges and cooperation between the association and the Chinese church on the basis of independence, equality, mutual respect, and a friendly manner.
