A church in China’s northern Guangxi Province urges its members to donate for purchasing a new church.
Beihai Church held communion services on the first Sunday in September, four services in Mandarin and Cantonese in the morning and afternoon.
After the hymn The Lord is in His Holy Temple was sung by the choir and congregation, a sermon was given with the title "How to treat money?"
Later, in the communion, attendants delivered the bread and cup to believers from the officiating pastors. All Christians bowed their heads to pray and confess their sins, thanking God for giving them the Lord’s life to nourish their lives.
The service ended with the hymns Living For Jesus and Bless You Today.
In addition, the pastor also reported church affairs, urging the members to make offerings for a project of purchasing a new church, which would cost six million yuan.
