Twenty-two seekers were baptized in a church in Jiangsu on the east coast of China.
On July 9, Shishan Church in Suzhou held the first baptism service in 2022. After online registration and online course learning due to COVID-19, these followers of Jesus were baptized after passing examinations, according to Suzhou CC&TSPM.
Senior Pastor Meng Yanfeng baptized those seekers by sprinkling, after processes of exhortation, faith inquiry, and the prayer of confession.
