The Weifang Municipal CC&TSPM in Shandong Province hosted the fifth session of the backup pastoral staff training class, which started with an opening ceremony.
According to CCC&TSPM, on March 11 at the Qingzhi Church, Rev. Chen Guangxv, director of the municipal TSPM, stated that the municipal CC&TSPM had valued the cultivation of backup pastoral staff, with four workshop sessions held since 2018, benefiting over 160 trainees and addressing the shortage of pastoral staff. Notably, some trainees were recommended to theological seminaries or the provincial one-year Christian volunteer training program.
