The Zhongnan Theological Seminary held the third Bible and theology knowledge contest on Monday.

The "Loving Light Cup" Competition featured a variety of formats, including the traditional Bible knowledge Q&A and rapid-response rounds, as well as the challenging Bible verse memorization. A special segment called "You Act, I Guess" added a fun element to the event. The interactive "Memorize the Bible, Win Gifts" game further encouraged the students' participation as they recited Bible verses, showcasing their memory and understanding of the Bible. The content covered Biblical knowledge, religious regulations, and current political affairs.

The fourth-year students won first place, second-year students took second place, and third-year students secured third place.

During the awards ceremony, the seminary leaders presented trophies and prizes to the winning teams. Pastor Zhu Zhiguo, president of the seminary, praised and acknowledged the students' performance in the competition. Liu Qinghua, a second-level researcher from the Religious Affairs Division of the Provincial Ethnic and Religious Affairs Commission, stated that the event demonstrated the integration of faith doctrines and contemporary spirit, representing a positive exploration of religious study.

Founded in 1985, Zhongnan Theological Seminary offers full-time education, comprising four undergraduate classes and two one-year volunteer programs. The curriculum is primarily structured around four key areas: biblical studies, theological studies, church history, and pastoral practice.
