On May 19, 2016, Jeff Lauer and his wife Jenifer from the Josh McDowell Ministry, General Secretary Deng Zhaobo from the Christian Communications Hong Kong and Dr. Feng Zhaoxi, the deputy president of CCL Publications visited Fujian Theological Seminary to donate books to the students and graduates of the seminary.
The group donated 27 books published by the Josh McDowell Ministry and CCL Publications to every graduate, while they also taught the students in using the e-book versions which were recently launched.
According to the seminary's president, Rev. Yue Qinghua, they introduced the guests to the students and claimed them as its old friends as a way in showing the seminary's way on showing their appreciation to continuous attention to theological education publishing ministry by these guests.
