Ever since the beginning and in world's history, religion has been believed to be the most primary cause in dividing people and country. Nevertheless, religion has been the root cause of uniting people, too.

Maps of War website has been known for creating visuals to show the world how movements spread throughout the whole Earth continent, how wars begin and how civilizations fall.

Now, the said website have used religion as their subject and has focused on five major faiths; showing how these faiths was spread and how wars have determined the influence of different religions in a quick 90-second video.

The video shows the birth of Krishna on the start of the time-lapse animated video that covers 5,000 years of religion. The religion that was traced by map are Hinduism, Judaism, Buddhism, Islam and Christianity.

On the other hand, "The Spread of the Gospel" which is reportedly created by Western Conservatory of the Arts and Sciences, also demonstrates how Christianity was extended far and wide starting from its cradle in the Middle East using an animated video, too.

It shows how Christianity and Islam overlap on places like the Arabian Peninsula, Spain, Africa and Portugal by the early 700 AD as showed on the map. It has discussed and depicted 2000 years of religious history.
