You are maybe a 22-year-old adult man trying to figure things out after graduating college  or a 35-year-old woman unhappy about your current job, it means there will be a time in our life when we will be questioning ourselves to what we wanted to do or who are we wanted to be after certain period of time.

Career decision-making. This is one of the toughest decision we will ever make. It is undoubtedly very stressful as we do not know if we are choosing the wrong or right decision.

When this happens, we need to call on God for assistance. We need to hope and trust in Him to give us inspiration and guide us through the correct path and if ever, we have chosen the wrong path, we pray that He guide us back to where He wanted us to be or where He planned us to be.

When you are in doubt, do not carry the worries or the whole world. Keep thinking the positive way that God is preparing us for the better opportunity if we miss out the thing that we thought is the best for us. We can plan and decide for what we think is best for us but it is God's will that surely will happen.

Now, there are Bible verses  for everyone to read unto during career's decision making. Though the Holy Scripture is not giving us specific guidelines to be an engineer, teacher or an accountant the Bible, however encourages us to use God's knowledge in weighing situations for this phase of our life.

Ecclesiastes 9:10 says "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might"

This verse encourages us to do our best in whatever we do. As the famous saying goes, "Do your best and God will do the rest" teaches us to trust God that after doing our best, He will provide what is due for us. We just need to trust in Him.

Psalm 119:148 says "My eyes stay open through the watches of the night, that I may meditate on your promises"

Yes. This is about our faith and trust in the Lord. Aside from doing our very best in our career and keeping decisions that we think is right, we need to keep holding on to His promise; promise that at the end, we will conquer this world and be at Heaven with everlasting life in Him and be not worry anymore of any career choices.

Matthew 6:34 says "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own"

We tend to be stressed already just by thinking on what we should be and how to accomplish things in our life including career goals and decision-making. We always forgot this Bible verse. Keep this at your heart as God will keep His promise. Do not worry about tomorrow, so long as you are doing your best plus you have faith like potatoes, you will surely find the answers and best results.

Ecclesiastes 5:10 says "Whoever loves money never has enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with their income. This too is meaningless"

Never forgot that when you think of career, making your decisions for your life, you'll forget that you have a responsibility as a Christian and a believer of God. God will allow you to achieve your goals in life especially if He is a part of it. Make sure to acknowledge God and He will surely bless you with more than enough.
