This is mostly the statement of many young women in China when visiting department store and browsing South Korean cosmetic brands. They are referring to the main heroine of the popular Korean TV Drama.
Some department store helps this dream come true for young women at least temporary by providing them free makeup lessons plus a wall-sized poster of the "Descendants of the Sun" to greet customers.
Korean cosmetics have been known to infiltrate Chinese market and as Korean dramas are getting the attention of Chinese fans, the customers are increasing too.
One great sample of these Korean dramas is the action-romance "Descendants of the Sun" which starred by Song Hye Kyo and Song Joong Ki which has been aired in China since last February.
The famous video-streaming website iQiyi.com Inc. has also exclusively streamed the South Korean drama in China and it has recorded 2.8 billion views of the said TV show.
Furthermore, according to the website, Chinese women aged between 18 to 24 are the most avid fans of "Descendants of the Sun."
