While filming SBS's drama "Doctors", Park Shin Hye has been receiving lots of support from her fans and even celebrity friends. The latest addition to the gifts she received is from the FT Island band member Lee Hong Ki who sent her a food cart in the drama's filming set.
The South Korean actress took to Instagram on Monday, August 8 to reveal the food treat by the FT Island band member, as reported by Allkpop.
The 26-year-old actress uploaded two sets of side-by-side photos in the social media site.
"My Hong Star sent me a food truck to overcome the exhaustion. Thank you," the actress posted.
Avid fans may recall that both Park and Lee starred in the hit 2009 drama entitled "You're Beautiful". After the release of the drama, the two celebrities was reported to formed a close friendship that lasted over the years.
